How we handle your details

When you send an enquiry through the form, we receive your name, your company if you give it, your email, your phone number if you give it, and what you write about your project.

We use these details to answer your enquiry, book a visit and send a quote. The legal basis is that you asked us to, ahead of a possible agreement.

We keep the enquiry while the matter is ongoing. If it does not lead to a job, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact. If it does, the details are kept as required by Swedish bookkeeping rules.

Only us at AVS. The enquiry is sent to us by email. Our web and email provider is based in the EU. We never sell or pass on your details to anyone else.

This website uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics. Fonts and images load from our own server. Our web host may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses, for a short time for operations and security.

You have the right to know what details we hold about you, to have them corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use them. Contact us at info@avs.nu. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
